This Halloween season you'll be looking for the perfect costume for your little ones.  When we were searching for our three we found Disguise costumes.  We've partnered with Disguise to show you a few examples of their great work.  A lot of what you see in the stores belongs to them, but they have a full selection on their website.

The first one we wanted to feature is Swampfire from the hit show Ben 10!

Now, for the little ladies we have Bo Peep from the Toy Story franchise!  Toy Story 3 just came out this year, so this one is bound to be popular!

You can purchase Swampfire HERE and Bo Peep HERE

Adult costumes are always at a premium anymore.  In fact, I have a hard time finding anything I like in the stores.  I've turned recently to the Disguise website online.  They have a vast selection and some good prices.  We really loved the Tim Burton Alice in Wonderland, so we thought we'd spotlight their nicest quality costumes from that film.

Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland Red Queen Deluxe Costume

This one is amazing!  The dress is beautiful and it looks just like the film.  The only catch with this costume is you'll want to purchase the wig too, if you want the full look.    You can purchase the Queen of Hearts costume HERE.

Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland The Mad Hatter Prestige Costume

The Mad Hatter costume is great.  It doesn't come w/ the socks pictured, but everything else is very nice.  The attached wig on the hat is handy.  Most of the costume is held on by velcro, but its quite strong and durable.  The costume looks very close to the film and is a lot of fun.  You can purcahse this one HERE.

We have a new baby this year and we were looking for something not only cute, but functional for him to wear.  It gets cold in the midwest around Halloween, so the costume needed to be nice and insulated.   Toy Story 3 was huge this year and who doesn't love the Aliens from those films?!  Thats the direction we went with the Toy Story 3 Alien costume from disguise.

He's not too crazy about the headpiece, but its a wonderful costume that fits just like a sleeper.  You can purchase this one online HERE.

Our favorite cartoon is not returning to TV.  We've gotten a lot of email questions, so I wanted to clarify...no more Wolverine and the X-Men!  Lionsgate is releasing the entire series on DVD, watch for our review of that here on the Legion.

REVIEW: Enesco Jim Shore Disney Traditions Nightmare Before Xmas Statues!

Today we're having a look at the Jim Shore designed Disney Traditions Nightmare Before Xmas Jack and Sally statues from Enesco!  We're huge Disney fans here at the Legion, as our readers well know, but most of all we love Nightmare Before Xmas!  These new statues caught our eye immediately and we knew we had to feature them for you!

These are well-sculpted and ultra-detailed pieces that really showcase the animated feel of the characters.  So many statues lack life, but these ooze it from every pore!  They are playful and interesting, while also being masterfully sculpted likenesses of the characters we know and love.  I can only hope Jim Shore does more characters from the franchise in the future!

Here is an image to show scale.  These are the statues with the 2001 Neca Jack Bobblehead.

You can purchase these today at fine retail outlets, or online at Amazon.com.
