Nicole Richie, who appears on the cover of this week's
People magazine with daughter Harlow, couldn't help but gush about her 9-month-old.
"Harlow's a delicate soul," Richie said. "She studies people. She's very coy. People say that she and I make the same expressions. But everyone says she looks like Joel."
"I'm cool with it," said Madden, calling Nicole the best mom he's ever seen. "As long as she doesn't look like me in a wig when she's 16."
The couple, fresh off the road with a Good Charlotte tour, have just moved into a new home in L.A. and are in the throes of planning an October 19 walk to help end family homelessness.
