About this Game: In Sesame Street: Elmo's A-to-Zoo Adventure, kids head to the zoo with Elmo, Zoe and their animal friends, as they explore games based on a variety of literacy skills, including letter identification, letter sounds and word families. A few features in the game include:
  • Teachers letters through engaging mini-games
  • Easy to follow audio-visual directions that preschoolers can master on their own
  • Use the second Wii Remote to drop-in and assist your child when needed
  • Game difficulty adapts to your child's level
  • Wii and Nintendo DS versions include Gameplay Helpers to simplify gameplay for your preschooler
Our Take: There is almost nothing better than Sesame Street!  Growing up it was really one of the few things that still sticks with us.  Jim Henson and company really made a group of lasting characters that parents can trust to teach their children not only educational, but a few moral lessons along the way.  And what is the best way to get your kids to learn these days?  Yep, a video game!

They have craftily blended a learning game with lovable characters in Elmo's A-to-Zoo Adventure on Nintendo DS.   The gameplay is very simple and full of learning and offers not only visual but also audio assistance to make sure that your little one doesn't get lost while playing.  Why sit them in front of something mindless, when you can let them have fun and learn too!

We highly recommend this one.
